Our physiotherapy clinic is a team of five Chartered Physiotherapists who since 1992 have used evidenced based treatments to restore function from musculoskeletal conditions. Our clinic is based in Shoreham but we offer services and visits to residents of Steyning and the surrounding area.

Physiotherapy for Steyning

Physiotherapy is a science-driven approach focused on healing, pain relief, and rehabilitation, assisting in the recovery of muscles, ligaments, nerves, and joints from injury and dysfunction. Our clinic is staffed with five highly experienced Physiotherapists, each registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council.

We provide treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, back and neck pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, sprains and strains, post-operative rehabilitation, pelvic floor weakness, and headaches. You can refer yourself directly to our clinic, or be referred by your GP or consultant. Additionally, we offer Pilates classes in Shoreham.

We offer a broad range of treatments including: Acupuncture, Manipulations, Mobilisations and Rehab exercises for Post-Operative Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Injuries and Arthritis.

Sports Injuries Treatments for Steyning

Our team are experts in treating and preventing all Sports Injuries ranging from acute tears and strains to chronic and repetitive injuries.

Acupuncture Treatments for Steyning

We use acupuncture to restore, promote and maintain good health by stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

Pilates for Steyning

The Pilates taught by Nolly Ravenhall is designed by the renowned APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) in London, and is based on scientific research. Nolly offers 1:1 and small group online classes only for Steyning and the surrounding areas.

Find Us: We are a ten-minute drive or a short bus ride from Steyning and we offer home visits to Steyning and the surrounding areas.

Our main Physiotherapy Clinic is located at 316 Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6BA. It is near the bus stop and opposite the speed camera.

The clinic is located just 5 minutes walk from Shoreham-by-Sea Railway Station.

There is free on-site parking and road parking outside.
