Julia Forrest MCSP

I graduated from St Thomas Hospital School Of Physiotherapy London in 1991, gaining a distinction in my practical examination.

I worked for Brighton Health Care NHS Trust for 10 years, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions. In 1994 I became team lead at Lewes Victoria Hospital and also worked at the Sussex University Sports Injury Clinic.

I have worked at Shoreham Physiotherapy Clinic as a part-time associate since 1998 and I have been a member of The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists since 1995. I have developed a  keen interest in myofascial kinesiology taping to facilitate rehabilitation, along with exercise prescription for home the management of conditions.
