Our Treatments

Physiotherapy plays a science based role in healing, pain relief and rehabilitation. Helping muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints to recover from injury and dysfunction. We are staffed by 5 experienced Physiotherapists, who are all members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council.

We offer treatment for all musculoskeletal complaints; including sports injuries, back and neck pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, sprains and strains, post-operative rehabilitation, pelvic floor weakness and headaches. You may refer yourself directly to the clinic, or via your G.P. or consultant.

Physiotherapy

We offer a broad range of treatments including: Acupuncture, Manipulations, Mobilisations and Rehab exercises for Post-Operative Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Injuries and Arthritis.

Sports Injuries

Our team are experts in treating and preventing all Sports Injuries ranging from acute tears and strains to chronic and repetitive injuries.

Acupuncture

We use acupuncture to restore, promote and maintain good health by stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

Pilates

The Pilates taught by Nolly Ravenhall is designed by the renowned APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) in London, and is based on scientific research. Nolly offers 1:1 and small group online classes only.
